If you're a mom-to-be or new mom, you can sign up for Text4baby, a free mobile information service that promotes maternal and child health. Text4baby is an education program of the National Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition (HMHB). It provides pregnant women and new mom with information they need to take care of their health and give their babies the best possible start in life.
You can sign up for the service by texting BABY (or BEBE for Spanish) to 511411. You will receive free SMS text messages each week, timed to your due date or your baby's date of birth.
